I am claustrophobic, can I play?

Our rooms are fairly spacious with high ceilings (2.5m-2.8m) and reasonable sized; the smallest section is similar in size as a single bedroom.

 

Can I cancel my booking or reschedule a new session?

 

You can cancel your session free of charge until 2 days prior to your reservation. Within the 48h to your reserved booking, you can only reschedule your session or receive a voucher so that you can come at a different time. For reschedules, please contact us via email (info@216k-escaperoom.com), or by phone (+352 621142020). Missing players or groups not attending will not be reimbursed.

 

What if I want to bring extra people to the game?

You are welcome to bring extra people to join your game. Additional players need to pay their fee upon arrival and you are ready to escape!

 

What when I arrive too late?

Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your booked session for your briefing and introduction. If you arrive with delay, your play time will be shorter, because the following team will start its game at their booked time.

 

Can I bring alcohol into the room?

No alcohol is allowed in the room. If any team member is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will not be allowed inside, and no refund will be given.

 

Is it possible to access the rooms using a wheelchair?

We are sorry that the game rooms are on the first floor, and we unfortunately lack the space to build a wheelchair access.

 

May I take pictures or record videos in the room?

No any kind of recordings (photos, video and audio recordings) are strictly prohibited. We also ask you not to reveal any of the tricks, puzzles and solutions to the public or on social media. It will spoil the game.

 

Are the games recorded?
The camera transmits the game only to the Game Master so that they can give advice and intervene if necessary. The data will not be saved.
